CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a 30% cancellation fee, as this requires last-minute efforts to fill the time slot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
NO SHOW POLICY:
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in your card on file being charged the 30% cancellation fee. Additionally, a down payment will be required to book any future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining our scheduling policies.
